During our recent stay at a hotel in the heart of old town, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms that were upgraded for us. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special, providing excellent service and helping us plan our itinerary. The central location allowed us to easily explore the old streets of the charming town of Mardin. We particularly enjoyed the lovely terrace view of the town and countryside, especially during sunset. Though the restaurant was not available for dinner at the time, we had a delightful experience and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again. our trip was made memorable thanks to this amazing hotel.

The breakfast was decent with a variety of options. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially one receptionist who went out of their way to assist us. the hotel is in a good location with easy access to public transportation.
The room was not up to par with cleanliness, there were some areas that needed more attention. the air conditioning was not working properly, despite our complaints, and made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

I stayed at a hotel in the heart of an old town that let me explore easily on foot. The breakfast was great and it was so satisfying to have something delicious to eat before a day of activities. , the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I had a room with an amazing view, however, it was unfortunate that there was a restaurant nearby that played live music late at night, disturbing my sleep. Of course, there's nothing the hotel can do about external factors like that, but it was still frustrating.
